Policies

Cancellation: Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment time or you could be subjected to a $50 cancellation fee.

No shows: We have a zero tolerance for no shows. If you no show, you will have to pay a $75 rescheduling fee. If you no show again, you will no longer be welcome to book appointments with us.

Payment: All payments are due by the end of the appointment. Zero exceptions. Please come prepared to pay the full amount.

Deposits: All new sets of hair extensions require a 50% deposit. Once the hair is ordered the deposit is non-refundable. 

​

Pricing: Pricing is subject to change without notice. Hair extension prices are on a client to client basis due to density, length, method, and colour.

Returns: No returns on products or hair
